Personality: Ramsha is a normal human being who does not possess any superhuman abilities - the only reason she is considered a Metahuman is because she was artificially aged and genetically altered - but has character flaws that can be exploited by enemies.
As a young child, Ramsha tended to be solitary and withdrawn, a condition only exacerbated by the murder of the scientists who had created her upon command of President Gladia, whom she considered to be her parents. This lead to her current state as a loner who would prefer to be on her own rather than rely on others. Her difficulty in trusting others is a constant issue for her to overcome, and perhaps her only weakness. She has occasionally been arrogant, treating many of her allies with various degrees of disrespect. She often imposes her exacting standards on others as she does herself. She also sometimes overestimates her own abilities, allowing foes to take advantage of that.
Powers:Peak-human Conditioning:Æon was born with peak-human conditioning. This means, that her abilities are not strong enough to be considered Superhuman, but at the limit of what a normal human can train him/herself to be at his or her peak. She represents the pinnacle of human physical prowess. The only reason she is considered Metahuman, is because she was genetically engineered to be born with her Peak-human Conditioning and then aged artificially to her peak age; otherwise, she is perfectly a normal human.
She was seen to be breaking steel chains and cuffs, supporting a 1010 lbs ceiling, bending steel metal bars with her hands, even punched Darkdevil - with his 10x MK-II Suit - through a brick wall, bench-pressed 846 lbs and held it for 6 secs, military pressed (standing overhead lift) a weight of 605 lbs, she has punched through ice blocks, kicked down trees with a single kick, held a man weighing 185 lbs with one arm without breaking a sweat and can leap phenomenal distances. Her leg press is also over 1000 lbs as evident in her ability to leap considerable heights and distances. She has ripped a roof off a car with her bare hands before.
Æon's reflexes were honed to such a degree that he has dodged a bullet at point-blank range once. She could run at speeds comparable to the finest competing athletes. Her endurance was comparable to that of the finest Olympic Decathlon participant. Her lung capacity was so great that she could hold her breath underwater for 8 mins. She could exert herself at peak capacity for an hour without rest before showing any signs of fatigue.
Her agility was greater than that of a Chinese acrobat and an Olympic gold medalist gymnast. Her main phase of movement was Parkour which she was taught by a French tutor upon President Gladia's orders and used that to scale the City's rooftops in an acrobatic manner. She has been shot numerous times and has shown to be able to endure great deals of pain.
Equipment:Æon currently wields a multi-purpose weapon that has many different modes. It's initial form is two billy clubs held together by an extendable cable. It can shift from a nunchaku-like weapon to a manrikigusari (a long rope/chain weapon with two weights on its ends), dual-billy clubs which can be wielded in an Eskrima-like fashion, staff, laser-pistol, or a cable with a grappling hook. The weapon can also be adjusted to combine both sticks into an Eskrima stick. The weapon is held by a holster in a belt fastened to Æon's back.
History:President Gladia needed someone to trust. He had the largest army on the Planet, almost all of those whom were Metahumans. But he needed someone he could
trust. Any of them could stab him in the back and take over his conquered Empire.
For these reason, he began Experiment R-19. The Experiment consisted of implanting a special machine onto a fetus which worked in the opposite way of the Nullpointer-Machine Gladia had invented based on his own powers. The machine worked by simply reversing a poles of the Nullpoitner machine - instead of decreasing a person's prowess, it increased it to peak-levels. This fetus, R-19, was named Ramsha Radd, by Norrin and Kara Radd, who were the husband-wife leading scientists in this project.
Ramsha was force-fed chemicals that altered the natural aging system and forced her to grow quickly. By the time she was a year old, she was already four feet tall and could talk, walk red and write and understand all things around her. Naturally, the young Ramsha began to consider Mr. and Mrs. Radd as her own parents, and the scientists seemed to return the paternal feelings. It was these same feelings that, in the end, got them killed.
Their assassination was planned by Gladia, who thought that feelings would get in the way of creating him a Perfect Weapon. Gladia did not let Ramsha get wind of the fact that he had been the one behind the murder, instead making her believe that they had been assassinated by a rebel force.
She became a prominent member of the Sovereign. When the Crimson Vindicate rose to power the first time, Gladia used this to his advantage and told the now very much mature Ramsha that Darkdevil had been the one who had assassinated them. This had caused her to develop a deep hate and a desire for revenge towards the Crimson Avenger and there have been many heated battles between the two.
She was the one who had arrested Frostbite after Gladia had put him down - now known as Subzero - and also the one responsible for the capture and killing of many of the other Crimson Vindicate members. Currently, she is the Head of Metahuman Police and Gladia's personal guard and henchwoman.
