Personality:
Chi used to be a fun kid who would do anything and everything for
anyone around him, Even if it meant sacrificing himself for their own
happiness. But after he killed his brother he lost a piece of himself.
He is now a cold hearted person who only cares about himself and the
next assignment he will be sent on. He doesn’t care who he works for as
long as he gets to hurt someone. When in battle all he cares about is the
Target. As long as he completes the mission (Normally killing) he is willing to destroy anyone and everyone in his way. even if the used/still his his friend. When around the people he truly cares about. (normally other half vamps and possibly some humans/meta-humans) he is some what kind. But do to his dark personality he doesn't normally make many friends. He is some what capable of going on missions with other people but he cant stand it when he isn't in charge. When it comes to love most people that knows him claims he is incapable. Do to losing the only ones he ever cared about his heart has darkened to a point where he wont let anyone in further then he needs to.

Powers:
Alchemy
This is one of Chi’s newer powers. Chi is able to change the form and or
density of any base metal. He typically uses this ability to change the
form of his sword back and forth from a scythe to a sword
Pyrokinesis
the ability to create and manipulate fire using the power of the
mind. This power was passed down from his metahuman mother. After years
of control Chi has finally mastered this ability. To a point where he
can create small flames on the tips of his fingers or creating a
massive flame that could engulf cars. He however is typically only seen
creating small flames in order to help his cigarette habit
Telekinesis
the ability to move objects with the mind. Chi has had this power
from the day of her birth; he claims it was the only gift his father
ever gave him. Over years of training he has gained enough control to
simultaneously manipulate dozens of objects at once, shield himself
from bullets, cut a person’s flesh, as well as to augment his own
physical strength.

Equipment:
Kusanagi
A simple sword, made out of a black metal. The metal of the blade has
been altered by Chi’s Alchemy to be stronger then diamonds.

History:
Chi
grew up with his mother and his half brother in a small home. His
father had left his mother a few weeks before his birth and he hasn’t
been seen since. When he was born his mother decided to not tell him of
his vampire half. So as he grew older and his strength and speed began
to show his friends fled from him in fear of being hurt. So he spent
many years of his life alone with no one to hang out with but his
younger brother. On his 15th birthday his mother disappeared without a
trace leaving him to take care of his brother. After time his powers
had furthered and his vampire half began to show itself more and more.
One day his brother had cut himself while preparing dinner. When Chi
had smelled the blood he lost control and attacked his brother killing
him before he could think about what he was doing. Since that day he
has fled from society only revealing himself to others who were about
to die or people that needed him to kill some one.

Dhampirs were never accepted. Ring a bell? >_>; Furthermore, Kallen just reminded me that you can't post a Custom Race until you're a full-time member, that is, you've been RP-ing on the site for a month.

o-o But since we're seriously short of members - and I love the character - I'd give it a one time slide. Condition is, re-post the Custom Race, this time using the Race Creation Template found in the Rules forum.
