Appearance/Clothing: Katsura has a slim build and her skin is pale as if she was dead. Although she has lived for hundreds of years, she still maintains her appearence which seems like she is 18 years of age. She has black eyes, red if the seal is activated, and brown hair. She wears a blood-stained white and blue schoolgirl outfit. Her left arm is covered with a strange fire pattern tattoo. This turned out to be her seal that only activates once every full moon when she sees blood or feeds on blood.

Personality: Katsura used to be a shy but cheerful florist, nature-loving and caring for others. Since she has lived for hundreds of years before the her change of personality, she has great wisdom of things in the world, although that is still locked inside her by a seal. After a traumatizing experience which revealed her powers, she became a silent sadistic killer who does not care about enything besides finding the person responsible for her loved one's death, sometimes even getting slightly psychotic. Despite her state of mind, she is surprisingly tactical. She hides in an abandoned warehouse from the police and others who might try and capture her.

Powers:
Blood Thirst: Katsura's blood thirst can give her an edge in battle. It gives her the drive to kill and feed on blood, sometimes forcing her to activate Vampire Mode in a full moon.

Dopplegangers: Katsura can create intangible duplicates of herself. Those, of course, are plain illusions that can't be damaged but can't damage an opponent themselves.

Shadow Merge: Katsura can merge her own body to the shadows and the shadows only, thus making her invisible to human sight. Infrared systems can still sense her and she can still be heard but she can move a lot faster in the dark and when invisible, thus making her the perfect silent killer.

Vampire Mode: Being a half-blooded vampire with her true form sealed inside her, she can temporarily break that seal once she feeds on blood in a full moon. She will appear to have blood red eyes and long, sharp claws as fingernails. Thr claws are retractable to hide her form when necessary. This form gives her extra speed and she can leave a disorienting trail when running to confuse the opponent. It also unlocks her other powers and doubles her Blood Thirst. Once in Vampire Mode, she can only be killed the way vampires are killed.

Kamaitachi: Kamaitachi is what she calls her power to manipulate wind into several offensive and defensive forms. She mostly uses them offensively by creating a wind so fast and precise in one spot that it cuts the target. This can only be used in Vampire Mode.

Steel Hatchet: an ordinary steel hatchet that is lightweight and can cut pretty good.


History:
The Seal
Katsura was born hundreds of years ago as a Japanese half-human half-vampire. Her father was a vampire and her mother was human. She had a close relationship with her mother and once she found out that her father killed her, she got into a rampage and tried to kill her father. She was defeated and put into a deep sleep with a seal so that her vampiric powers may never awaken unless she feeds on blood in a full moon. After several years, her father died because of being trapped by villagers and exposed in the sun.

Waking Up In A New World
She woke up hundreds of years later, in the present time. She awoke on her bed in an ancient ruined castle, but with rewritten memories that she was human in the current era whose parents are both dead. She went away from the castle and travelled to the city on foot. She got adopted by two elderly people once being seen begging in the streets for food and money. they put her through high school and she easily passed it due to her vast knowledge that she just knows somehow but didn't remember how she knew it. She did really well in all of her subjects, especially history.

Finding Her True Love
Everyday, she worked in the floral shop of her parents as a gardener and a boy who just moved into town became her customer one day. Attracted by her beauty and caring attitude, the boy fell for her and they eventually fell for each other, agreeing to get married in a couple of weeks. However, an unknown person broke into her fiance's house and left him as a bloody mess. The only distinguishable thing were bite marks. Katsura visited him the next day, bringing over food so that they could eat lunch together. She went up to his room, confused as to why the door was unlocked and why he didn't respond. Her eyes widened as she saw the blood everywhere and him dead on the floor with bite marks everywhere.

Her Path To Insanity
After finding out about her fiance's death, she went straight to her school with a blank look on her face. Her friends were worried about her and what used to be her cheerful self. They tried to talk to her but she violently responded and told them to go away. Her friends all agreed to go to her house after school to talk to her parents, but they didn't know that it was a full moon and what awaited them. When her classmates arrived, the door was unlocked and no one was responding. The last thing they saw was blood dripping to the floor, Katsura's parents tied to the ceiling, dead, and Katsura herself in a bloodstained uniform lunging at them and killing them immidiately with a tornado trapping them and cutting off their air.

Wanted!
When the police found out about the deaths of the students and Katsura's parents, they searched the house and found Katsura sitting in a corner and hugging her knees while laughing maniacally and talking to herself. One thing was for sure, she had gone insane and she had killed all of her classmates and her parents. The police tried to arrest her but were shocked as she just disappeared into the shadows after seeing them, leaving echoes of her laughing as she left the place. She hid in a warehouse and then got back to her senses. She realized what she had done and that she was wanted everywhere, so she just decided to use her powers to find her fiance's murder, and she will kill whoever gets in her way.
