Note: You can not use all your own characters in your team. You have to ask other players to have one of their characters join that team with you to make a team.

| The Darkholme Penitentiary is a prison the size of half of Manhattan Island where captured rebels and Metahumans that refuse to register are sent. This place can be accurately defined as "Hell on Earth". It is inescapable unless there's help from the outside, which in turn is protected by registered Beta-Class Metahuman Guards.
